抄録

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of powder particle size and content of SUS444 alloy filler on setting property of magnetic resin composite material. The SUS444 soft magnetic stainless steel particles with HCl and 4-META surface treatments were used as filler to prepare nine kinds (three different particle sizes and three different contents) of UDMA-based composites. Two-way ANOVA revealed that both main effects were significant (p<0.01). The more the filler content, the longer the working and setting times. The use of smaller particle size of filler prolonged the working and setting times of the trial composites.
