抄録

The aim of this study was to evaluate the antibacterial effect on trial temporary cements. The trial cement were contained with varying concentration of HY agent, Tannic acid, SrF_2 and ZnF_2 into a base cement that HY agent removed from HY-bond temporary cement soft^[○!R] (Shofu). For the bacteria, we used Streptococcus mutans and Actinomyces naeslundii for this study. The most antibacterial effect was shown with containing the ZnF_2 into the base cement. Then the antibacterial effect was increased with the sample of increasing the concentration of HY agent.
