Production of biped robot has been imperative from four years ago in Robocon. Bipedalism is a challenge forstudents. We introduce some production method of biped robot in College Robot Club, and compare to those methods, andshow their characteristics. The robot of the foot U-shaped is statically stable, and it can be speed up, but it is difficult toturn. The robot equipped with a balancer is not statically stable but it has high turning performance. In order to solvedifficult problems, students study on a voluntary basis, and develop in a team to share, and experience the importance ofthe theory. This experience will lead to research activities for students.
