In this study, the effectiveness of the video delay display device was verified for 20m hurdling of the physicaleducation class. It divided into the group of group that uses image delay display device(experimental group) and group thatdoesn't use it(control group) and it made comparative study of the hurdling form of both groups in the biomechanics. As aresult, the following results were acquired. 1)20m hurdling time of the experimental group has been shortened(p<0.001).2)The hurdling distance and the take-off distance of the experimental group intentionally became long(p<0.05). 3)Theangle of the leg at the take-off of the experimental group has become small intentionally(p<0.01). 4)The average speedwhen hurdling of the experimental group has improved intentionally(p<0.001). 5)According to testee's impression It hasbeen understood that the confirmation by the image immediately after the movement greatly contributes to the correctionof the form. It is because own movement can be objectively caught. Therefore, when the video delay display deviceteaching the hurdling in the physical education class, it was suggested that it be a very effective device.
