Toyota National College of echnology was established at 1963 and we will reach 50th anniversary soon.Now our graduates are widely active in Japanese industries. However,our social and economic environments are dramatically changed from 50 years ago. Therefore,we have to improve our educational missions and goals that can meet current requirements rfom industries. Our college has a faculty development(FD)committee. The FD committee collects opinions and evaluation results of our colleges through questionnaires of alumni between 1995 and 2009. The purposes of this questionnaire are:(1) to evaluate our college's education from the viewpoint of alumni.(2) to explore future improvements of our education and next challenges. This paper summarizes the results of the questionnaires for the past 15-years education in Toyota National College of Technology. Then,this paper discusses future improvements and next challenges.
