- B214 The Novel Urban Biomass Energy System using MCFC as a Core Technology
抄録
Digestion gas that is generated by anaerobic digestion of wet biomass such as raw sludge and garbage consist of 40% CH_4 and 60% CO_2. At first, molten carbonate fuel cell running on the digestion gas was proposed and a simple prediction model about performance of MCFC cogeneration system was developed in order to examine the characteristics of the system. As results, it turned out generating efficiency of MCFC-CGS is about 42% when the stack operating temperature was 700 degree Celsius and its thermoelectric ratio could be set up according to the stack operating temperature. Next, 5 basic urban buildings model were developed in order to examine capability of innovating MCFC-CGS to those buildings. As results, it turned out that MCFC-CGS could purvey 100% thermal demands of hotel and public facility and generate over 0.5% of the digestion gas used as a fuel of MCFC-CGS at apartment house, office building and commerce facility.
