抄録

The purpose of this study is to popularize improvements on design and operation in the electrical kitchen. Therefore, We have been measuring temperature, humidity, energy consumption and so on in staff canteen kitchen for one year. We report the evaluation of thermal environment, energy consumption, effects of optimized ventilation and results of a questionnaire survey.
