The primary purpose of this study was to investigate self-perception on breast cancer patients' pre-symptoms by using a qualitative research method. To fulfill the purpose of this, the study was performed case studies which were a kind of qualitative analysis. Data were collected by face-to-face interviews, notes and recording from 5 female breast cancer patients' from June 18 to July 31 2014. The subjects have registered as national patients with serious disease in the present. The results were as follows. The pre-symptoms that breast cancer patients show by self-perception included first, psychological problems like stress, second, fatigue due to fatigue accumulation, third, skin diseases including the phenomena that dots get to increase or be larger, skin color changes, deterioration in hair health, herpes zoster, and deterioration of dead skin cells, fourth, odontopathy like gum diseases, fifth, myalgia of the particular parts including calves, shoulders, and spleen, sixth, ostalgia, seventh, eye diseases, eighth, disturbances of metabolism due to hypometabolism, ninth, vascular rhinitis, tenth, modified papilla, and eleventh, nervousness.
