Abstract
We describe the development of an air-stable OLED and its application to a flexible display. The air-stable OLED is realized by employing a suitable electron injection layer. The device characteristics of the iOLED such as external quantum efficiency and driving voltage are almost the same as that of conventional OLED employing the same emitting material. Furthermore, the operational stability of the developed iOLED is comparable to that of conventional OLED.
