In this paper, we carried out flow control using plasma synthetic jet actuator attached to NACA0015 airfoil. The extremum-seeking control is used to detected the duty ratio of the modulated signal that increase the flow velocity of the wing. It is possible to detect duty ratio of the modulated signal, by examining the correlation between the duty ratio of the modulated signal and flow velocity of the wake of the wing. As a result, we found an increase of the flow velocity at a duty ratio of about 40 to 60%, when 5 to lOm/s main flow speed and angle of attack of 10 deg.
