- 20pm3-PM017 Optimization of the Channel Geometry for an Alternate Pumping Micromixer
抄録
In order to achieve the practical use of an alternate pumping micromixer, the channel geometry and pumping sequence are improved. The novel channel consists of a T-shaped channel, an expansion channel and consolidation channel. In the T-shaped channel, allowing back flows in the inlets that are partially made of soft elastic material, a slender row of two fluids can be created. The expansion channel makes the two fluids row a thin layered structure, in which the molecular mixing of the fluids is enhanced. The completely mixed fluid is consolidated through the consolidation channel and discharged. In order to obtain a smooth flow, the channel geometry has been optimized according to the CFD results.
