The purpose of this study was to evaluate the wear and surface properties of newly developed quick self-curing acrylic resins. The wear and surface properties were measured by IMC-1507 (Imoto Machinery Co.,Ltd.) and digital microscope (Keyence). Wear test was performed by measuring the difference in mass before and after the wear test. As a result, the clear mark of toothbrush was observed. It seemed the conventional resins were more abraded than UNIFAST Lab Type-F. The results suggested that the self-curing acrylic resin tested in the present study would be suitable for the materials for provisional restoration.
