抄録

<p>It is self-abnegation that one plays the different person image with oneself true in expectation of another person, and could be a big stressor. Thereupon selection measures not to feel stress were discussed. The said process consists of two phases. At first, a counsellor gets a real reason for applying out of a client student by repeating a question which strip off poor dramatization. In the next phase, the counsellor and the student argue for the scenario which balances the real reason for applying with the person image which the company demands. Through this process, the student integrates a prospective person image with true self from the company. At the same time, the student learns how to find a higher answer to be compatible with both of two matters to be opposed.</p>
