In this paper, a proto-type of dual-band dual-pole antenna is demonstrated for compatibility of MPT with the X-band communication. The antenna is designed on the multilayer substrate. In each layer of the substrate, the up and down-link X-band antenna are designed. The polarizations of each antenna are crossed by 90 degrees, and contribute high isolation between MPT and communication. The antenna gain and directivity of the fabricated antenna are measured by a far-field antenna pattern measurement system. Resulting from the measurement, the gain of 8.49 dBi at 7.11 GHz and 9.61 dBi at 8.29 GHz are confirmed in a front direction of fabricated 2x2 antenna at each polarization plane. In addition, the GaN HPA for MPT is designed and fabricated. According to the characteristics of the amplifier, 44.2 dBm output power and 43.6 % PAE are confirmed.
