抄録

The Accidents for loading and unloading vehicle on ship have occurred fatal accident as well as cargo damage on vehicle that is well known. Thus, Seafarers (RORO ship and ferry overnight) were done a questionnaire concerning present showing loading and unloading vehicle. The investigation cleared that the most important factor of accidents are not enough to obtain of mutual understanding between flagman and vehicle driver. For this reason, they need to work to have safety in mind each other and ''indisputable'' mutual understanding. In addition, the transgression by drivers were included in the results of a questionnaire, such as ''Mobile phone operation while driving'' and ''drunken driving''. In order to solve these problem not satisfied only by caution by seafarers to prevent accidents, need to corporate by shipping company, driver and freight company.
