抄録

Japan has achieved the domestic energy efficiency after the oil crisis by developing the new technologies for the energy saving. There are those technologies in the domestic firms or organizations, and the current situations of the high oil price or global warming will widely open the chance of energy saving technology transfer from Japan to the global market. However those make little progress. Why is the technology transfer from Japan to the foreign counties making such a slow progress? What is the biggest bottleneck? How can we overcome the bottleneck? In this paper, we study to answer these questions by surveying the brief the history of energy saving technology progress and its characteristics in Japan. Furthermore, we propose the necessity of feasible economic model to enhance technology transfer.
