本稿は，企業の経営実態と革新への取り組みに関するアンケート調査を基礎にしてイノベーションが実現されるプロセスの現状，ならびにその実践上の問題点について製品イノベーションのプロセスで重要とされる組織学習の促進要因やミドル・マネジメントの役割といった点についてのデータ分析を試みたものである。 This Paper is discussing on the feature of innovation process in Japanese manufacturing companies. The innovation process is analyzed by using the questionnaire survey. The discussion is focusing on the product innovation and its important factors, especially several factors of organization learning and the role of middle management.
