抄録

As commonly known, the venture capitals try to invest to the venture firms aiming the IPO and the capital gains by selling the shares obtained before IPO. Nevertheless, due to my questionnaires I have done to the domestic rather known venture capitals, about 25% of the venture capitals do not always require the IPO. I need further investigations on this fact from now on.
