抄録

There are two kinds of opinions of Chinese economists, about the solution to some economic problems such as expansion of gap between the rich and the poor. It is one of them to form the thorough market economy through the quickening privatization of State-Owned Enterprises. It is another to restrict the overdeveloped market economy, that is, the opposition to the privatization. These two kinds of opinions are opposite. However, these two kinds of opinions concur in the view that the privatization makes the progress of Chinese market economy and State-Owned Enterprises make the restraint on Chinese market economy. This paper clarifies the real state of State-owned economic sector or State- Owned Enterprises, through verifying enterprises’ profitability, growth potential, productivity, and so on. And this verification is based on dada of China Statistical Yearbook. Through these analyses, it is defined that the real state of State-Owned Economic Sector is the largest sector to have been contributing to the progress of Chinese market economy.
