Purpose : A systematic review performed to determine the effect of preventative measures against food allergies in child care.Methods : We searched for references published through November 2007 by 5 search engines : ICHUSHI (Japan Medical Abstract Society web, ver. 4), PubMed，MEDLINE，CINAHL and CCRCT. These were assumed to be sufficient databases for our research. The key words were : "food allergy," "infant," "family," "patient education," "prevention and control," "care," and "nursing."Results : One overseas document has been extracted as an intervention research paper. In addition, after retrieving date without limiting it to the intervention study, 11 documents were extracted. The content of the thesis was based on research about disease management, the family's lifestyle, and research on psychology.Discussion : There was no domestic research paper, though three total researches on the injection with epinephrine existed in foreign countries including one intervention study. In a domestic research paper, the investigation of actual conditions of the eating habits at home and the child-care facility was central. Moreover, it was not about the intervention study on the psychological condition and medical needs for the family who supported the child's treatment

本研究は，食物アレルギー乳幼児とその家族へのケアに関する介入方法の示唆を得ることを目的にシステマティック・レビューを行った．研究方法は，医学中央雑誌，PubMed，MEDLINE，CINAHL，CCRCTをデータベースに，2007年11月までの文献について"food allergy"，"infant"，"family"，"patient education"，"prevention and control"，"care"，"nursing"等をキーワードとし介入研究の検索を行った．その結果，1件の海外文献が抽出された．さらに，介入研究に限定せず同条件で検索を行ったところ11件が抽出された．内容は疾患管理に関する研究と家族の生活や心理に関する研究に分類された．エピネフリン注射に関する研究が海外では1件の介入研究を含め計3件存在したが，国内では見当たらず，自宅や保育施設における食生活状況等の実態調査が中心であった．また，治療を支える家族の心理状態やニーズに関するケア介入については検証されていなかった．
