天使大学看護栄養学部の教職課程において、履修履歴を学生自身が把握することを目的に、「教職履修カルテ」を運用している。現在は、記載する内容のための枠が印刷された紙面に、ペン等を利用して書き込む方法で運用している。本稿では、この紙媒体の教職履修カルテを電子版教育ポートフォリオで実装できることを示す。現在の教職履修カルテは、科目毎に一枚の紙面を用意し、そこに学生が自分の履修記録を記入し、これに対し科目担当教員が助言等を書込むようになっている。問題点は、(1) 原本の保管場所に場所・時間の制約があること、(2) 原本の共有利用に制約があることである。紙媒体での運用を電子版での運用に置換えることにより、これらの問題点も解消されると期待される。なお、実際に大学の方針として置換えるためには、技術的な実装だけではなく、関係各位との調整が必要である。この部分は本稿の範囲ではない。

In our college, we use “teacher-training course cards” (Rishu Karte) to enable students to obtain their own course records in a teacher-training course. At present, the cards are physically implemented on papers with printed frames and handwritten using pens. We show that these printed course cards can be implemented in e-portfolios in which students write their course records and the teacher of each subject writes advices. The present system has two problems: (1) because of a place for storing the cards and the time when they are stored, and (2) sharing of the cards between the students and teachers.These problems can be solved by using e-Portfolios. However, in order to actualize the movement from papers to the new e-portfolio system, relevant departments in the college have to persuaded to embrace the new system. That issue is not discussed in this paper.
