本論では、組織活動におけるストック領域を、将来に向けた準備領域と捉え、将来時点での収益を目指した現在時点での支出、あるいは、現在時点での収益に対する将来時点で支出といった、異時点間での収益を目指した活動群であるとする組織内部ストックモデルを提案する。 　まず、資産の基本属性である将来便益性と、投資・回収の周期運動との類似性から、資産を保存力と捉え、各種ストックの定義をフローベクトルと比例定数の積とする。次に、将来便益と貸借を軸とする平面上において、ストックのベクトル表示を行い、ベクトルを辺とする「力の多角形」によって、資産、資本、負債、利益といったストックファミリーを記述する。 　その上で、「力の多角形」の検証として、電気業界大手６ 社の貸借対照表から、資本取引領域と損益取引領域の各々の理論負債量を算出し、実際の負債量との一致性を評価する。 　最後に、時間・収益・貸借の３ 軸によって構成される空間を用いて、ストックファミリーとフローファミリーの統合した表示を試みる。

In this paper, we assume that the stock of organizational activities is the preparation for the future. and propose the organizational stock model on the presumption that the stock are activities aim for the profit in the different time, as the present investment aim for profit in the future, and the present debt make to repay in the future. Considering the similarity between future benefit of the asset and periodic motion of investment-return, we deal with the asset as conservative force, and define the stocks as the products of flow vectors and proportion constants. In the plane with "revenue axis" and "debt & credit axis", we represent the stocks by the force polygon consisted of the stock vectors that are asset, capital, debt and earned surplus. Furthermore, as a verification of the force polygon, we calculate theoretical debt quantities from the balance sheets of 6 companies in the electric industry, and compare the actual debt quantities with them. Finally, we try to show the integrated description of stock and flow families, with the space consisted of time axis, revenue axis, and debt & credit axis.
