抄録

リーダーの立場に立っている人でもリーダーシップを発揮できない人が多い。 大学生のリーダーシップ観を見ると、リーダーに求める特性やリーダーシップの源泉についての学生としての考え方に特徴が見られた。 Leader and leadership are different. We see many leaders who are not able to show his or her leadership and give up leader’s position. College students’ view of leadership is the key issue of this paper. Author found certain unique haracteristics of students' view of the leadership.
