抄録

A questionnaire survey was conducted to determine how workers employed under the discretionary working system feel about their work situation, especially in relation to their superiors. The sample comprised 154 respondents; 120 of these were employed under the discretionary working system in the type of professional work, whereas 34 were employed under the same system in the type of planning work. In this article, the results of this survey will be presented as obtained, without any analytical commentary.裁量労働制適用者154人（専門業務型裁量労働制120人、企画業務型裁量労働制34人）を対象に、裁量労働制適用者として働くことをどう考えているかについて、特に上司の管理のあり方との関係をみるために質問票調査を行った。資料として、単純集計結果等を掲載する。
