[要旨] 本研究は，高齢者の主体的な健康を創出・支援する老人看護専門技術の評価指標の開発を目的とした．先行研究の結果を元に研究者間で討議を重ね，指標案を作成し，事例適用による妥当性の検討のための調査票を作成した．調査票は，指標の各項目について，示唆性，診断性，簡明性の観点から評価し，評価時の感想や気づきも合わせて記載するものとした．３名の評価者が６事例に適用して評価した結果，示唆性はほぼ確保されたが，診断性については適用できる対象者や時期が限られること，簡明性については表現内容が不明瞭な点や項目数が多くて時間がかかることなどが指摘された．それらを踏まえ，指標の前提，項目の統合や表現の加筆修正を行い，評価指標として完成させた．完成させた評価指標は，【高齢者の健康アセスメントの指標】（33項目），【高齢者の日常倫理に基づく健康管理の指標】（17項目），【高齢者へのセルフケア支援の指標】（13項目）から成る．本評価指標は，看護師の実践内容や専門技術の自己点検・評価になり，かつ，老年看護の目標として常に提示される尊厳や全人的ケアを，看護実践において具現化していくことに役立つものと考える．

[Abstract]This study aimed to develop and verify an inclusive evaluation tool of gerontological nursing practice based on holistic views of health for the elderly. Using there sults of our previous study, we created three indexes as the evaluation tool and a questionnaire for apilottest. Three criteria, suggestive or not suggestive, diagnostic or not diagnostic, and concise or not concisewere used as measurements. Three raters were asked to evaluate each item of the indexes using the three measurements and to write their general impressions of the indexes. The suggestions from the raters helped to almost secure the index, but there were issues with the target subjects for each index and limited time to complete the questionnaire. In addition, the wording of some the contents of the indexes were unclear. Therefore, based on the feedback from the raters, were vised the indexes, corrected and unified the wording of the items, and finalized it for use as an inclusive evaluation tool of gerontological nursing practice based on holistic views of health for the elderly. The final evaluation tool consists of an index of health assessment of the elderly (33 items), an index of ethical elderly care (17 items), and an index of nursing care for elderly self-care (13 items). We believe that this evaluation tool will help nurses perform self-checks and evaluate the contents of their nursing practice and nursing expertise. This evaluation tool aims to help nurses always provide holistic care with dignity and we expect this tool to be used to improve the quality of nursing care practice for the elderly.
