A STUDY ON THE CHROMOSOMAL DIMORPHISM IN <i>CATAPIONUS</i> <i>GRACILICORNIS</i> ROELOFS (CURCULIONIDAE: COLEOPTERA)

抄録

The chromosomes of four Catapionus gracilicornis male were studied. Three had the ordinal basic number 10AA+Xy_p in haploid (2n=22) and remaining one, 11AA+Xy_p (2n=24). The detailed investigation revealed that the latter chromosome formula was brought about by Robertsonian fission.
