抄録

Reported here is the surgical produre of the anal fistule being performed in our department. After elucidating the internal openning and track of the fistule by preoperative examination, the track is principally cleared away and the wound is kept open.<BR>Anal sphincter muscles are cut off, considering the localization, depth, number of the track and so on.<BR>Open wound is effectively treated with free drainage and margin of the wound is cleaned by debridment, and if necessary, followed by partial suture of the wound or prombage of muscles. In our procedure of sphincter reserving operation.<BR>We experienced, at initial period, net a few cases of reccurance, the cause of which seems to be incompleteness of treatment internal openning.
