抄録

Two cases of Cowden's disease associated with polyposis of the colon and stomach were reported. They were diagnosed according to the criteria of Salem. Histologically the polyps were non-neoplastic and especially those of the colon were hamartomatous in both cases. Polyposis of the alimentary tract is one of the important components of Cowden's disease. We should suspect Cowden's disease, when we meet a gastrointestinal polyposis of unknown origin.
