抄録
LDL apheresis was carried out in 5 atherosclerotic patients with clinical signs of poor peripheral circulation. The LDL apheresis using extracorporeal adsorption with dextran sulphate cellulose column was continued for 6 to 12 months. Clinical symptoms such as cold or heavy legs or intermittent claudication rapidly improved at an early stage of the treatment cou in all five patients. Removal of LDL was supposed to be effective in treatment of peripheral circulation disturbance due to atheroscleros
