Abstract

人工脱殻したEimeria tenella sporozoite虫体内のPAS染色陽性を示す顆粒を細胞化学的に同定した. この顆粒はα-アミラーゼ消化で消失したが, β-アミラーゼ消化では残存した. また, この顆粒はヨード染色陽性を示し, 陽性部の顕微測光法による最大吸光波長は, 貝由来グリコーゲンより, Selenomonas ruminantium 由来アミロペクチンに近い値を示した. これらのことから, PAS陽性顆粒は, アミロペクチンであることが推定された.
