The electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power of the molten In2Se, In2Te, InTlSe, InTlTe and In2Te0.5Se00.5 were measured as a function of temperature. All the melts studied show a positive temperature coefficient of conductivity. The absolute value of the thermoelectric power decreases with increasing conductivity. The doping effect was not found in the present systems, which is in contrast to the results found in the molten Tl2Se and Tl2Te.
