抄録

Magnetic field effect on the exciton bands of CsPbCl3 at about 3 eV has been measured by use of a superconducting magnet available up to 150 kOe. When the magnetic field is perpendicular to the electric field of the light, the peak splits into two. On the other hand when they are parallel to each other, the peak does not split and shows only shift to higher energy with increasing magnetic field. These results can be qualitatively understood as the direct exciton transition at the R point of the Brillouin zone.
