Abstract
The X-ray diffuse scattering maximum from Ti-20.0 at.% Mo alloy is observed q=(1.30, 1.30, 1.30), (−0.03, −0.03, −0.03) off from (4/3 4/3 4/3). The incommensurate structure is discussed in terms of lattice displacements described by a stacking soliton.
