抄録

The equilibriums"trans⇄cis"a""of some benzo [a] quinolizidine derivatives were investigated by three different approaches ; ¹³C chemical shift of C-6 and ¹³C paramagnetic shift induced by Ni (AA)₂ as well as Bohlmann bands of infrared spectra. By means of these approaches, the equilibrium states of these derivatives were determined, and the displacement of C-6 chemical shift was approved as a guide to estimate the state of the equilibrium and to indicate the relative weight of each conformer.
