抄録

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the group decision using power of group, aiming at the practice of the environmental consideration action in the traffic field. It experimented for the staff of Osaka: Univ. Coop. The result of the experiment was that experiment group that did group decision has reduced carbon-dioxide emissions by above 20%. There was a significant difference compared with the control group. The group decision greatly activated “Others action acknowledgment”, and was related to the execution of the environmental consideration action. And commitment in group decision was effective in the action transformation, and the high group of cohesiveness performs environmental consideration action.
