抄録

The purpose of this study was to clarify how to develop people's trust in the government. The scenario experiment was conducted to verify a cognitive process model for trust development which was proposed in previous research (Fujii, 2006). As a result of the regression analyses, the hypotheses were supported.<BR>These results imply that at first, although the people watches an administrative reliability action with eyes of suspicion, if people understand that the government perform public works to bring up social benefits, a crisis of collapse of trust would be avoided.
