- A Method for Electron Microscopic Observation of Human Leproma
抄録
The fine structural properties of leproma were studied by electron microscopic techniques.<br>Following preparation methods were suitable for electron microscopic observations of leproma;<br>1. Pre-fixation by immersion in 2-8% glutaraldehyde aqueous solution over one week at room temperature.<br>2. Immersion and gelation in 1.5-2.0% agar aqueous solution.<br>3. Fixation of agar blocks cut in small size by immersion in osmium tetroxide.<br>4. Dehydration in a graded ethanol series.<br>5. Embedding in methacrylate resins.<br>6. Ultrathin-sectioning on a ultratome.<br>7. Electron-staining of the ultrathin-sections with lead electron-staining solution.<br>8. Rinsing of the stained-sections in distilled water and drying.
