抄録

The effects of adrenaline, noradrenaline and acetylcholine on middle mental arterial pressure, ventral labial venous pressure and gingival blood flow were studied in dogs.
Injection of adrenaline or noradrenaline produced a rise in middle mental arterial pressure and a decrease in gingival blood flow.
In ventral labial venous pressure change, some cases rose and the others depressed. When the middle mental artery was canulated (experiment 1), most cases of depression in ventral labial venous pressure were obtained. On the other hand, without canulation of middle mental artery (experiment 2), ventral labial venous pressure rose mostly.
Injection of acetylcholine resulted in a depression of middle mental arterial pressure and a rise in ventral labial venous pressure. A phase of decrease after a temporary increase, increasing phase alone and a decreasing phase alone were observed in gingival blood flow.
