Concentration Determination of Individual Components in Methanol–Raffinose Mixtures Using Diffusion through Agar Membrane Attached to a Surface Plasmon Resonance Sensor

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor with agar membrane was developed and applied to aqueous solutions containing methanol and raffinose. The concentrations of the components in the mixture were determined by fitting diffusion-based equations to the SPR time chart. Good agreement between the measured and expected concentrations was observed.</jats:p>
