抄録

A case is a woman of 80 years old who was worried about lockjaw by cerebral infarction. We were able to insert transnasal endoscope smoothly. As for Direct method, prevention of wounded area infection was possible. We were able to detain big PEG bouton by Direct method just once. We fixed four places of abdominal wall and pulled it (Lift-up method). Lift-up method was able to prevent meteorismus peritonealis and stomach wall damage.
