抄録

Clinical efficacy of cefluprenam (CFLP), a new cephem antibiotic, was studied in 10 patients with gynecological infections. Ten cases consisted of 1 puerperal endometritis, 1 puerperal fever, 2 endometritis, 2 pelvic peritonitis, 3 adnexitis and 1 abscess of vulva that administered 1 or 2g CFLP daily by intravenous drip infusion. The clinical effects of CFLP were excellent in 4, good in 6.O verall efficacy rate was 100%. No adverse drug reaction or abnormal laboratory findings was recognized.
