抄録

A rare case of hemophilic pseudotumor occurred in the mandible of 1-year 8-month-old infant.<BR>The inicial symptom was painless swelling of the mandible.<BR>The case was controlled by antihemophilic factor A (AHF) during biopsy and fenestration, so peri-and postoperative bleeding was very little.<BR>Initially, a bone tumor was suspected because there was no hemophiliac in the family history. As a result of clinical examination, moderate hemophilia A was diagnosed.<BR>After the diagnosis of hemophilic pseudotumor, the mandibular bone was excised and curettage with the same hemorrhagic control was performed.<BR>There was no evidence of recurrence in the patient 3 years after the operation. This was a rare case of hemophilic pseudotumor located in the mandible and was the youngest case here to fore.
