抄録

急性および慢性化膿性中耳炎に対するOFLX耳用液の用量比較試験を, 二重盲検法により0.3%および0.5%OFLX耳用液群間で実施した. その結果, 0.3%OFLX耳用液群が十分な臨床効果と安全性を示したことから0.3%濃度が至適用量と考えられた.<BR>1. 臨床効果の有効率は, 主治医判定 (0.3%群:85.9%, 0.5%群:89.7%) および委員会判定 (75.4%, 75.3%) において, 両群間に有意な差は認められなかった.<BR>2. 細菌学的効果では, 両群間の陰性化率に有意な差は認められなかった.<BR>3. 副作用は両群に一例ずつの一過性の耳痛を認めたのみであった. 投与前後に実施された臨床検査, 聴力検査においても異常は認められなかった.
