Headache, nausea and paropsia were noted in the patients with sphenoidal sinus cysts.
Postoperative cysts tended to occur from 16-30 years after the initial surgery, usually when the patients had been less than 20 years of age.
The operative results regarding ocular symptoms were good in the cases whose problems occurred within a month before undergoing operation.
