抄録

We evaluated the clinical application of Auditory Steady-State Response (ASSR) test as a measure of the hearing threshold of 63 children with hearing impairment and normal hearing. ASSR thresholds and hearing thresholds correlated highly at audiometric test frequencies of 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 Hz. But, 51 of 407 ears showed discrepancy that differential score (DS) was over 30 dB. ASSR is very useful in estimating neonatal hearing threshold, but long-term follow-up is important in conditioned orientation response audiometry (COR) and behavioral observation.<br>
