Global human resources development is becoming more and more important because of current emerging global business environment year by year. This research discusses the skill set, which is requested by current high school students to be a person who will succeed in global environment in the future. Comments are collected by the survey on the Internet from Japanese high school students in 2015. The question analyzed in this research is “What kind of skills are needed to be a person who will execute global activities in the future? What kind of education is necessary to attain these skills?”<br> 1740 answers are analyzed using text quantitative analysis methods. We checked frequently used keywords and their relationships to understand the structure of students’ opinions. Additionally, we manually checked important phrases described in the answers. Then, we developed the structured 6 categories of skill set, which will help educating high school students to acquire global capabilities. On this scheme, students will also be able to measure their own global skill levels by themselves.
