<p>In this paper, I will discuss about (1.1)The way of the protections of intellectual property what was created by a computer such as AI, (1.2)Examples of mismatch between the progress of information technology and the copyright act, and (2)Legal responsibility for damage caused by conclusion guided by computer program such as robot car.</p><p>And I suggest expanding of no-fault liability doctrine.</p>
