Abstract
<p>The demands of artificial replacement products made of Ti-alloy has been further increased, in accordance with the growth of aging society. It is considered that a process integration which uses a metal additive manufacturing machine having a function of machining center is for security of stable supply to each patient is effective. Therefore, this study has been proposed a magnetic polishing method with machining center. In this report, metal additive manufactured Ti-alloy and typical Ti-alloy are magnetically polished with proposed method. Then, the polishing result such as surface roughness, polished shape and polishing amount will be measured. From the above, the difference of polishing characteristics between the two will be evaluated.</p>
