抄録

我々は，インターネット利用に際する「安心」に関し，情報工学と社会科学の学際的アプローチによる研究を行っている．我々は，不安制御による安心を実現するための現実的なソリューションを検討するにあたり，具体的な23件のネットワークサービスの各利用者を対象として，各サービスにおける不安に関するWebアンケート調査を2011年に実施した．本論文では，そのうちネットショッピングとネットオークション各2件に関し，それらに不安を感じるサービス利用者各110名程度が，どのような不安を，どのような理由で感じ，どのような解決策を望んでいるのか等について，調査結果を提示するとともに，得られた知見と考察について言及する．

We are studying "Anshin" while using the Internet. In order to obtain "Anshin" while using the Internet, we are discussing about the actual solution for control of anxieties. We conducted 23 web-based questionnaires for anxieties about each Internet services in 2011. At the questionnaire, we asked about 1) kind of anxiety, 2) the reason for anxiety, 3) the solution for reducing anxiety and so on. In this paper, We show the result about online shopping and auction by each about 110 people. And, we also show our consideration about that.
