正倉院文書データベースによる新たな研究展開の可能性とその課題

Abstract

本報告は、今まで報告を重ねてきた正倉院文書研究支援システムの実現形態とその状況を報告するものである。筆者らは、今まで正倉院文書をより詳細に分析し、研究するツールを作成してきた。本文、写真(マイクロフィルム)、目録をXML/XSLTとブラウザにより同時に表示することにより、文書の分析にかかわる諸情報を統合し、復原形態を自動的に提示することにより研究を支援する仕組みである。筆者らはこれを正倉院文書研究支援システムと呼称し、開発を続けてきた。今年度より、同システムは正倉院文書にまつわるより多くの知識をデータベースとして導入した新たなデータベースとして開発を進めている。筆者らはこのシステムを正倉院文書データベース(SOMODA)という名前とし、より高度なデータベースとした。本報告はそのデータベースが人文科学研究、特に歴史学研究にいかなる意義をもたらすか、また、データベース;;化に際しての一般的な課題と正倉院文書特有の課題を検討したものである。

We report the realization form and situation of the Shoso-in document research support system by which the report was come in piles until now. We have created the tool which analyzes the Shoso-in document in detail, and is studied. It is the structure which supports research by displaying texts, photograph (microfilm), and catalogues simultaneously by XML/XSLT and the browser by unifying many information in connection with analysis of documents, and showing a restoration form automatically. We named this system the Shoso-in Monjo research support system, and have continued development. From the current fiscal year, it is furthering development, using this system as the new database which introduced many knowledge as a database rather than it coils round the Shoso-in document. We made this system the name of the Shoso-in document database (SOMODA), and were taken as the more advanced database. This report examines a general subject with, and a subject peculiar to the Shoso-in document.
